Finance & Accounting Manager, Arnet Technologies, a Lyra Technology Group company

Lyra Technology Group is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join the team at one of our operating companies, Arnet Technologies, located in Columbus, OH. The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for the financial health of the company by combining strategic and operational goals, and responsible for the fulfillment of corporate policy, creating budgets and support in the development of business plans. This position represents an opportunity to have a leadership role at a locally run company with significant growth potential.

Your work as the Finance & Accounting Manager includes several components:

• Long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level, collaborating with the CEO to develop financial plans

• Overseeing day to day operations of the entire finance organization

• Managing and providing ongoing training to accounting personnel

• Conducting financial assessments and establishing department budgets in collaboration with the CEO

• Conducting financial close for the month, quarter and year

• Developing annual financial plans and projections for the company

• Conducting analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives

• Managing procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation, maintain inventory

• Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote efficiency and profitability

Our ideal Finance & Accounting Manager has the following qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

• Strong knowledge of financial management and project-based accounting software

• Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP accounting.

    • Impeccable mathematics and analytical skills.

    • Effective decision making skills

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent
