Lyra Technology Group is a family of industry leading technology service businesses. Our companies are operated independently by exceptional management teams. We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Today, we hold a controlling stake in companies across the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Our companies employ over 3000 team members, each led by its own management team.

1. Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we buy businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.

Your work as a C-level executive has several components:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations, driving strategy and growth, setting company vision, and being accountable to the financial performance of the business.

2. Build and optimize an organic growth engine.

3. Manage P&L responsibilities for a multi-million dollar business.

4. Lead inorganic growth and diligence process for future acquisitions.

5. Lead executive-level hiring.

In addition, you will also have an opportunity to work closely with, learn from, and share perspectives with the group of peer executives across our businesses.
